TIP: Since the Registry is quite busy, sometimes errors occur. WHAT IS A CERTIFICATE FOR WEIGHTS WITH A TEN PERIOD TERM?

In order for you to issue a weight certificate with a minimum check-in time of 10 years, you must apply the property history to the application for a minimum of ten years.

If you buy a property – a new construction or a building under construction, you will need to submit two weight certificates – one for the apartment and one for the land.

TIP: To be sure when purchasing a property, your certificate of lack of weight must have a maximum duration of the check.
The ten-year statute of limitations does not expire for pending civil cases with registered applications as well as for interdictions. For this purpose, you must have copies of all previous property documents that concern the property and submit it to the application.
