House type A has a total area of ​​348.78 sq.m. built-up area (TDA). There are 3 in total. Basement cladding is made of natural stone, polished with impregnation against moisture retention.

Each house of this type has three floors: basement, first and second floor.

Basement: a garage for two cars, a technical room, storage rooms and a laundry room with enough space to dry clothes. At the same level, but in the open there are two more parking spaces in front of the house in the garage.

First floor above the basement: entrance hall, corridor, spacious kitchen with dining area, living room with fireplace, guest bedroom (can be a cabinet, movie theater, etc.), private bathroom with toilet and terrace – south porch with wonderful view to Vitosha Mountain. The rooms are 3 meters high.

Second floor: a corridor, two bathrooms with toilets and three large bedrooms, one of which has its own closet and bathroom 10 sq.m. Two of the bedrooms go to a large south-facing terrace with a view of Vitosha Mountain.
