House type B has a total area of ​​451.69 sq.m. built-up area (TDA). There are 3 in total. Basement cladding is made of natural stone, polished with impregnation against moisture retention.

Each house of this type has three floors: basement, first and second floor.

Basement: ceiling height 2.80 meters, garage for two cars, technical premises, storage rooms, laundry room with enough space for drying clothes, gym (can be a billiard, cabinet, etc.), shower room and sauna . At the basement level, but outdoors there are two more parking spaces in front of the house in the garage.
