Unique complex of Finnish snow-white spruce houses – energy-efficient, non-condensing, earthquake resistant, optimum humidity level, warm and cozy in winter, cool in the summer. Domestic hot water heating – using the air-water heat pump and two solar panels of the world-famous VIESSMANN company for each house.

House type B has a total area of ​​398.20 sq.m. built-up area (TDA). There are 3 in total. Basement cladding is made of natural stone, polished with impregnation against moisture retention. The color of the piece of solid beams in the photos on the site is exemplary. When purchasing a house at an earlier stage you can choose the color itself, the palette for which is quite rich.

Each house of this type has three floors: basement, first and second floor.

Basement: technical room, storage rooms, laundry room with enough space for drying clothes, gym with bar and bathroom with toilet.

First floor: entrance hall, corridor, spacious kitchen with dining area, living room with fireplace, guest bedroom (can be a cabinet, movie theater, etc.), private bathroom with toilet and huge terrace to the north with wonderful view to Sofia. For your convenience and comfort the rooms are 3 meters high. In the country side of the house, the same indoor level has a playground for two parking spaces.

Second floor: corridor, two bathrooms with toilets and three large bedrooms, one of which has its own closet and bathroom 11 sq.m. Two of the bedrooms go out on a large north-facing terrace overlooking Sofia.

The quadrature of the rooms, which is visible from the distribution, is the clear light from wall to wall and does not include the walls.

Every house of this type has its own plot of land to sell. It has a different size depending on the location of the house in the complex and does not include ownership of the pedestrian and car lanes. Of them, every house owner will have ideal parts of the property right.
